  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • Custom or personalized products cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect.
  • To start a return, please contact us through the Contact page with your order details.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.

Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
  • Shipping times depend on the destination and carrier, but typically:
    • Domestic: 5–10 business days
    • International: 10–20 business days
  • You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Order Fulfillment

  • We use Printify to fulfill and ship orders.
  • All orders are shipped directly from Printify’s production partners.
  • If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately and we will work with Printify to resolve it.
